Hi Emma,

For the past 5 or 6 years I have had the pleasure dealing with Emma while looking for a suitable cottage. She is a no pressure type agent and her goal is to find you the right place that you will be happy with, if it is not the right place she will tell you.  I found Emma to be friendly, knowledgeable, dependable and trustworthy. She is so trustworthy in fact that during the winter of 2010 we purchased a cottage without seeing it ourselves. Emma viewed the cottage for us and suggested that with some work it would meet our purchasing criteria. She sent additional photo’s and info and suggested lawyers, contractors, home inspectors to use.  Emma was right and we have never regretted making the purchase on her advice. They even had an enclosed trailer to use to move at no charge. I have dealt with Ray to a lesser degree but he has all the same qualities as Emma. Ray sold our old cottage for us.  Buying or selling they are great people to deal with.
