We bought our Paudash Lake cottage in 2004 with the help of Emma. In fact Emma was the one who found us the most perfect spot…a 2 acre point lot with water on all 3 sides. She understood exactly what we were looking for and she kept searching for us for more than three months. Unfortunately there was more than one offer on this property, but thanks to Emma’s experience and negotiating abilities, we ended up with our dream property and a really good friend.
